die seite hat sehr langsam geladen, ein pop-up lud mich ein, eine green-card für amerika zu beantragen, und die links auf der seite haben nicht wirklich alle funktioniert. preise gab's keine, es war etwas mühsam auf der seite zu navigieren, aber die info sah ich, "Insurances for an accident medical expense during the trip 1,000,000 Baht [euro 20.828]".
sicher eine gute sache, kranken- und unfallversichert zu sein. aber das sind ja die meisten touristen ohenhin, da brauch ich keine versicherung, die da im reisepreis inkludiert ist.
und ausser der ersten email gab's keine weitere, keine antwort, kein angebot:

zweiter versuch, diesmal hieß der ausgesuchte veranstalter travelhub / chiang mai. die seite ist vollgepackt mit info, ohne pop-ups, übersichtlich, und preise gibt's auch überall, angebote wie wir sie suchen in hülle und fülle, zb:"Chiang Mai Package Tours 2-5 Day Package tours of Chiang Mai and Northern Thailand All available with or without hotel .All these Chiang Mai Package tours can be customized or tailored to fit in with your stay in Chiang Mai and the north of Thailand. All these package tours are privately escorted just for you and your group!"
auch die sofortige rückantwort war informativ, der manager selbst, supattra, ging auf unsere konkreten wünsche ein:

This is just a suggestion based on the information you provided so please feel free to have your input and I can make any changes as necessary.
I have quoted for a privately escorted tour where we will provide your group with your own personal tour guide and comfortable minibus.
I have included a quote for 3 star hotel accommodation in Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai but I can up or down grade as required. Please also note that the prices on the quote are still to be confirmed as we have not received contracts ye for next high season. but there shouldnt be a large difference.
I have quoted for flights with Thai Airways, these are the full fare prices. If you are happy to travel with one of the Low Cost airlines such as Nok Air or Air Asia then we could make a saving over these prices. As for timings we can confirm these if you would like to proceed with the booking. There are plenty of departures a day so we can book suitable flights to fit in with your preferred timings.
Evening meals will be by your own arrangements but again we can arrange these for you if you require it.
