da denkt man sich, so wie bei der british zb. auf dem flug wien nach dallas (DFW) 
und retour letzten herbst, da liegt man wirklich flach.
die wahrheit bei SAS ist, man liegt zwar fast flach, aber der sitz lässt sich nur bis zu 170° flachlegen.
flyer-guide schreibt dazu:
"General Seat Description
SAS' new business class seat is currently being introduced across its long-haul Airbus A330/A340 fleet. Although SAS brands this seat as "lie flat," it's not a true lie-flat experience as the seat back reclines to only 170?. The seat features up to 22 channels of in-seat video entertainment via a personal 10.4" monitor.
Note: Installation of the new seats is complete for all Europe-Asia flights. Rollout of the product on North American routes is expected to be completed over Winter 2006. If you are travelling on an aircraft which hasn't yet been retrofitted, you will be in the old business class seats (145? recline, 50 inch pitch)."
da endet man dann immer am fußende, das gefühl hatten wir schon mehrmals auch auf anderen business-class flügen ;-)
es gibt aber schlimmeres.
aber in jedem fall, lie-flat ist nicht lie-flat, also wirklich GANZ flach.
PS: was genau der sitz hält was der text verspricht hat seatguru klar beschrieben ;-)
